PFDK decisions announced: Penalties for offensive chanting

The statement issued by the PFDK regarding the matter included the following:

"1- It has been decided that Beşiktaş, due to the ugly and offensive chanting caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş-Atakaş Hatayspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 25.04.2025, shall have the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the north stand, lower tier, block 109, who engaged in the ugly and offensive chanting, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,

2- Sivasspor Club coach Mehmet Bülent Albayrak, due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward the match referee during the Sivasspor-Antalyaspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 26.04.2025, shall be punished with a 1-official-match ban from entering the locker room and the bench, and a fine of 58,500 TL, in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT,

3- Bodrum FK, due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Bodrum FK-Samsunspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 26.04.2025, shall be punished with a fine of 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK administrator Selahattin Polat, due to being in non-accredited areas in violation of instructions, shall be issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK administrator Selahattin Polat, due to his insults toward the match referees, shall be punished with a 100-day ban from football-related activities and a fine of 280,000 TL in accordance with Article 41/1-b of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK administrator Onur Talay, due to being in non-accredited areas in violation of instructions, shall be issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK administrator Onur Talay, due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward the match referee, shall be punished with a 21-day ban from football-related activities and a fine of 150,000 TL in accordance with Article 36/1-b of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK assistant coach Jose Miguel Real Teixeira, due to being in non-accredited areas in violation of instructions, shall be issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK assistant coach Jose Miguel Real Teixeira, due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward the match referee, shall be punished with a 15-day ban from football-related activities in accordance with Article 36/1-c of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK official Caner Tuna, due to being in non-accredited areas in violation of instructions, shall be issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK official Caner Tuna, due to his insults toward the match referees in the corridors of the referee locker rooms, shall be punished with a 3-month ban from football-related activities in accordance with Article 39/2 of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK official İsmail Erdoğan, due to being in non-accredited areas in violation of instructions, shall be issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK official İsmail Erdoğan, due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward the match referee, shall be punished with a 15-day ban from football-related activities in accordance with Article 36/1-c of the FDT,

In the same match, Bodrum FK official Ömer Özmenteş, due to being in non-accredited areas in violation of instructions, shall be issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

4- Gaziantep Football Club, due to the ugly and offensive chanting caused by its fans during the Gaziantep Football Club-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 26.04.2025, shall have the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the south goal-behind lower stand D and north goal-behind lower stand D blocks, who engaged in the ugly and offensive chanting, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,

In the same match, Gaziantep Football Club, due to field incidents caused by its fans, shall be punished with a fine of 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Gaziantep Football Club athlete Papa Alioune Ndiaye, due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward a member of the opposing team, shall be punished with a 1-official-match ban and a fine of 58,500 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT, (by majority vote)

5- Fenerbahçe, due to the ugly and offensive chanting caused by its fans during the Gaziantep Football Club-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 26.04.2025, and because this action was committed for the 11th time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club, shall be punished with a fine of 930,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT; and in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the guest upper stand B block, who engaged in the ugly and offensive chanting, shall be blocked, thereby preventing their entry to the next away match of the club,

In the same match, Fenerbahçe, due to field incidents caused by its fans, shall be punished with a fine of 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Fenerbahçe administrator Burak Çağlan Kızılhan, due to his statements in the media following the match that were aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions, shall be punished with a 45-day ban from football-related activities and a fine of 1,500,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/1-a of the FDT, (by majority vote)

6- Kayserispor Club, due to the unauthorized entry of spectators into the stadium during the Kayserispor-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 27.04.2025, shall be punished with a fine of 180,000 TL in accordance with Article 49/1 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club, due to the ugly and offensive chanting caused by its fans, shall have the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the north stand, north lower C and north lower E blocks, who engaged in the ugly and offensive chanting, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club, due to hanging a banner in the stand in a way that obstructs the view of spectators in violation of instructions, shall be punished with a fine of 168,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club, due to field incidents caused by its fans, shall be punished with a fine of 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

7- Çaykur Rizespor coach Osman Demir, due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward the match referee during the Kayserispor-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 27.04.2025, shall be punished with a 1-official-match ban from entering the locker room and the bench, and a fine of 58,500 TL, in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT,

8- Eyüpspor Club coach Arda Turan, due to not wearing his accreditation card visibly around his neck in violation of instructions during the Eyüpspor-Galatasaray Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 27.04.2025, shall be punished with a fine of 58,500 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

9- Galatasaray, due to the ugly and offensive chanting caused by its fans during the Eyüpspor-Galatasaray Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 27.04.2025, and because this action was committed for the 9th time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club, shall be punished with a fine of 750,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT; and in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the guest stand goal-behind closed G block, who engaged in the ugly and offensive chanting, shall be blocked, thereby preventing their entry to the next away match of the club."
