PFDK hands 1-match ban to Orkun Kökçü and 2-match ban to Okay Yokuşlu
The Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) has handed a 1-match ban to Beşiktaş player Orkun Kökçü, who received a red card, and a 2-match ban to Trabzonspor's Okay Yokuşlu.

Following its meeting today, the PFDK has issued the following decisions:
"1- Due to the ugly and bad chants caused by their fans during the Samsunspor vs. Antalyaspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 13.09.2025, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators in the south stand blocks 104 and north stand blocks 122 and 123, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,
2- Kasımpaşa is fined 110,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions regarding the failure to operate the accreditation system during the Fatih Karagümrük vs. Kasımpaşa Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 13.09.2025,
In the same match, Kasımpaşa athlete Oğuzhan Efe Yılmaz is fined 20,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in non-accredited areas before the match and during halftime,
3- Beşiktaş is fined 400,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by their fans during the Beşiktaş vs. RAMS Başakşehir Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 13.09.2025, and because this action was committed for the 2nd time in a match where they were the home club in the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators in the Spor Toto (North lower) stand blocks 107-108-109, Spor Toto (North upper) stand blocks 407-408-409, Baba Hakkı (East lower) stand blocks 115-116, South lower stand blocks 121-122, and South upper stand blocks 423-424-425, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,
In the same match, Beşiktaş is fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by their fans,
In the same match, Beşiktaş athlete Orkun Kökçü is suspended for 1 official match and fined 27,000 TL in accordance with Articles 43 and 35/4 of the FDT, with the application of Article 12 of the FDT, due to his violent conduct towards an opposing team athlete,
4- RAMS Başakşehir administrator Mesut Altan is fined 40,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in non-accredited areas during the Beşiktaş vs. RAMS Başakşehir Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 13.09.2025,
5- Galatasaray is fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by their fans during the Eyüpspor vs. Galatasaray Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 13.09.2025,
In the same match, Galatasaray is fined 160,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by their fans, and because this action was committed for the 2nd time in a match where they were the visiting club in the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators in the East upper stand block 712 and East lower stand block 316, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next visiting match of the club,
In the same match, Galatasaray is fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions regarding the failure to operate the accreditation system,
In the same match, Galatasaray is fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to actions contrary to Article 10/1 of the Super League and TFF 1st League Broadcasting Instructions,
In the same match, Galatasaray official Mustafa Önder is fined 40,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in accredited areas despite not being accredited for the match,
In the same match, Galatasaray official Utku Yurtbil is fined 40,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in accredited areas despite not being accredited for the match,
6- Konyaspor Club is sanctioned in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by their fans during the Konyaspor vs. Corendon Alanyaspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 13.09.2025, with the electronic tickets of spectators in the North goal behind stand North lower F, Şehitler stand South goal behind South lower E-South lower F blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, being blocked to prevent their entry to the next home match of the club,
7- Kayserispor Administrator Kemal Onur Köroğlu is fined 40,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in the T area, where he was not accredited, during the Kayserispor vs. Göztepe A.Ş. Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 14.09.2025,
8- Kocaelispor Club athlete Can Keleş is suspended for 1 official match and fined 80,000 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the assistant referee during the Gaziantep Football Club vs. Kocaelispor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 14.09.2025,
9- Fenerbahçe is issued a warning in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by their fans during the Fenerbahçe vs. Trabzonspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Aydınlar Season match played on 14.09.2025, and because this action was committed for the first time in a match where they were the home club in the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators in the North stand C, D, E, Spor Toto stand C, D, E, and Marathon Upper stand F, G, H blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,
In the same match, Fenerbahçe is fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by their fans,
10- Trabzonspor coach Salih Tekke is fined 40,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for not wearing his accreditation card visibly around his neck during the Fenerbahçe vs. Trabzonspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Aydınlar Season match played on 14.09.2025,
In the same match, Trabzonspor coach Salih Tekke is sanctioned with a 21-day ban from sports-related activities in accordance with Article 41/1-c of the FDT due to his insult towards the match referee,
In the same match, Trabzonspor athlete Okay Yokuşlu is suspended for 2 official matches in accordance with Article 43 of the FDT due to his serious foul play towards an opposing team athlete,
11- Çaykur Rizespor is fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions regarding the failure to operate the accreditation system during the Çaykur Rizespor vs. Gençlerbirliği Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 15.09.2025."
