PFDK hands down penalties to Sergen Yalçın and Orkun Kökçü

The Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) has handed a 1-match suspension to manager Sergen Yalçın, who was shown a red card in the Fenerbahçe match, and a 2-match suspension to Orkun Kökçü. The board also penalized Trabzonspor player Benjamin Bouchouari with a 2-match suspension after he received a red card in the Galatasaray match.

The decisions taken by the PFDK following today's meeting are as follows:

1- Kocaelispor Club was fined 400,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the RAMS Başakşehir - Kocaelispor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 31.10.2025, and because this action was carried out for the 4th time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the guest stand north lower E-north upper E blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest,

2- Galatasaray was fined 400,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Galatasaray - Trabzonspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 01.11.2025, and because this action was carried out for the 2nd time in the same season in a match where it was the host club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the south stand 118-119-120-121-218-219-220, north stand 105-106-107-108, east stand 112-113-114-414-415-416, and west stand 101-102 blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host,

3- Trabzonspor was fined 280,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Galatasaray - Trabzonspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 01.11.2025, and because this action was carried out for the 3rd time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the guest stand 418-419-420 blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host,

In the same match, Trabzonspor was fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans,

In the same match, Trabzonspor athlete Benjamin Bouchouari was suspended for 2 official matches in accordance with Article 43 of the FDT due to a serious foul against an opposing team athlete,

4- Kayserispor Club was fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions regarding the failure to operate the accreditation system during the Kayserispor-Kasımpaşa Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 02.11.2025,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club President Nurettin Açıkalın was fined 40,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in areas where he was not accredited,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club administrator Rıza Erkut Yurdemi was fined 40,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in areas where he was not accredited,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club administrator Mustafa Baki Ersoy was fined 40,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in areas where he was not accredited,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club coach Vito Tercolo was suspended for 15 days from participating in football-related activities in accordance with Article 36/1-c of the FDT due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club coach Vito Tercolo was suspended for 15 days from participating in football-related activities in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for entering the bench without permission during the second half of the match, despite being accredited in delegation 2,

5- Beşiktaş was fined 700,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş - Fenerbahçe Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 02.11.2025, and because this action was carried out for the 3rd time in the same season in a match where it was the host club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the Spor Toto (North Lower) stand 106-107-108-109-110, east upper stand 415-416, Baba Hakkı (East Lower) stand 115-116-117, south lower stand 120-121-122, south upper stand 422-423-424, Spor Toto (North Upper) stand 407-408-409, and Şeref Bey (West Lower) stand 102-103 blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host,

In the same match, Beşiktaş was fined 440,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans; in accordance with Article 52/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the Spor Toto (North Lower) stand 112 and Kartal Yuvası VIP Stand 101 VIP blocks, where the fans involved in the field incidents were located, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host,

In the same match, Beşiktaş was fined 500,000 TL in accordance with Article 22/1 of the Sports Equipment Instruction due to non-compliance with said instruction,

In the same match, Beşiktaş technical director Ali Rıza Sergen Yalçın was banned from entering the locker room and the bench for 1 official match and fined 80,000 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee before and after his dismissal,

In the same match, Beşiktaş athlete Orkun Kökçü was suspended for 2 official matches in accordance with Article 43 of the FDT due to a serious foul against an opposing team athlete,

6- Fenerbahçe was fined 520,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş - Fenerbahçe Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 02.11.2025, and because this action was carried out for the 5th time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the guest stand 404-405-406 blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, shall be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest,

7- It was decided that Çaykur Rizespor would have the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the behind-the-goal sea stand B and covered sea stand A blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Çaykur Rizespor - Fatih Karagümrük Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 03.11.2025, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host."
