PFDK hands El Bilal Toure a 2-match ban

The PFDK, following its meeting today,has reached the following decisions:

1- Antalyaspor Club,due to pitch incidents caused by its fans during the Antalyaspor-Galatasaray Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season matchplayed on December 13, 2025,is to be fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT),

In the same mIn the match, Antalyaspor Club, due to theugly and bad chants caused by its fans, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT,the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the north goal standlower tier C and B blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, will be blocked for the next home matchof the clubin question.preventing entry to thematch,

2- Galatasaray, due to the actions of its fans during the Antalyaspor-Galatasaray Trendyol Süper Lig Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match,for ugly and offensive chanting, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDTdue to the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the South Guest 3rd tier stand, block A3, who engaged in ugly and improper chanting, shall be blockedthereby preventing their entry to the next guest clubmatch theyarea party to,and

3-Gaziantep Football Clubthe club, due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Gaziantep Football Club vs. Göztepe Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match,was fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT).

4-Göztepe, during the Gaziantep Football Club vs. Göztepe Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match,in the, time due to failure to act in accordance with the scheduledue to non-compliance with instructions, it was decided to impose a discretionary fine of 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

5- Kocaelispor Clubfor the Fatih Karagümrük-Kocaelispor Trendyol Süper League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season matchin which, caused by its supporters due to ugly and improper chanting, and because this action wascommitted for the 6th timeduring the season in a matchwhere they were thevisiting club, it was decided to impose a fine of 640,000 TLin accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT, and in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, to block the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the south stand, block 329, who engaged inugly and improper chanting, for the next away matchwas suspendedfrom the match entrybeing blocked,

6-Trabzonspor, in the Trabzonspor-Beşiktaş Trendyol Süper Lig Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season matchin the match, due to field incidents caused by their fans, in accordance with articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT), it was decided to impose a discretionary fine of 220,000 TL,

In the samematch, Trabzonspor, due to thefans' causing ugly and bad chants, in accordance with article 53/3 of the FDT,due to the ugly and bad chants coming from the north goal standsection upper stand north upper C, D AND Trabzonspor Fan Token East Lower Stand K, J blocks, by blocking the electronic tickets of the spectators located in these sections,preventing their entry to the next home match of theclub in which theyare a member,to be restricted.

In the samematch, Trabzonspor was fined 220,000 TL at the discretion of the committee in accordance with Article 46/1 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT) due to the public address system being used to support the home team,in violation of the regulations.

7- Beşiktaş, during the Trabzonspor - Beşiktaş Trendyol Süper Lig Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 14.12.2025,due to time due to failure to act in accordance with the scheduleand due to non-compliance with the instructions, it was decided to impose a discretionary fine of 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Beşiktaş was fined 63,000 TL in accordance with Article 40/2 of the FDT due to the team's unsportsmanlike conduct,

In the same match, Beşiktaş administrator Murat Kılıregardingthepost-matchstatements he made to the press,thestatements containing remarks aimed at damaging the reputation of football and the institutions,althougha referral was made to our board, it has been decided that there are no grounds for imposing a penalty,

In the same match, Beşiktaş player El Bilal Toure was handed a 2-match official match ban in accordance with Article 43 of the FDT due to his serious foul against an opposing team player, (by majority vote)due to)

8-Fenerbahçe's, Fenerbahçe - Konyaspor match played on 15.12.2025 Trendyol Süper Lig Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season matchin which, due to the actions of their fans due to ugly and bad chants, and because this action wascarried out for the 3rd timein a match where the club was the hostduring the sameseason, it was decided to impose a fine of 700,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT, and in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT,to block the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the North Stand North C, D, Spor Toto Stand C, D, F, E, and Marathon Upper Stand H blocks who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, thereby preventing them from attending the next home matchof the club.suspected of beingthe mentry into the matchbeing prevented,

Beşiktaş administrator Murat Kılıç's, on 15.12.2025, regarding the club's official social media accountpost, for the act of Damaging the Reputation of Football and InstitutionsOpen regardinghis statements, in accordance with Article 38/1-a of the FDT, a 15-day ban from football-related activities and a fine of 2,000,000 TLto be imposed, (by majorityvote)10-Regarding Trabzonspor, on 15.12.2025, the club
