PFDK imposes 'deprivation of rights' penalty on Ali Koç!
The Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) has imposed a 45-day deprivation of rights penalty and a 210,000 TL fine on Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç due to his unsportsmanlike conduct and statements regarding referees and other match officials.

PFDK announced that Ali Koç has been issued a 45-day deprivation of rights penalty and a 210,000 TL fine due to his "unsportsmanlike conduct" and "statements regarding referees and other match officials."
The statement made by the PFDK is as follows:
"The decisions taken by the Professional Football Discipline Committee at its meeting dated 10.10.2023 and numbered 14 are stated below.
1- Regarding FENERBAHÇE A.Ş., although a referral was made to our Committee due to statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials included in the declarations published on the club's official website on 01.10.2023; since the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed, IT HAS BEEN DECIDED THAT THERE IS NO GROUNDS FOR IMPOSING A PENALTY,
Regarding FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. administrator SELAHATTİN BAKİ, although a referral was made to our Committee due to statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials included in his declarations published on the club's official website on 01.10.2023; since the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed, IT HAS BEEN DECIDED THAT THERE IS NO GROUNDS FOR IMPOSING A PENALTY,
2- FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. president YILDIRIM ALİ KOÇ shall be punished with a 45-DAY DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS and a 210,000 TL FINE in accordance with articles 36/1-b, 38/3, and 10/2 of the FDT (Football Disciplinary Instructions) due to his unsportsmanlike conduct and statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials in the TV program he attended on 04.10.2023,
3- Regarding TÜMOSAN KONYASPOR Club, although a referral was made to our Committee due to statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials included in the declarations published on the club's official website on 03.10.2023; since the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed, IT HAS BEEN DECIDED THAT THERE IS NO GROUNDS FOR IMPOSING A PENALTY,
Regarding TÜMOSAN KONYASPOR Club administrator MAHMUT GÜZEL, although a referral was made to our Committee due to statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials included in his declarations published on the club's official website on 03.10.2023; since the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed, IT HAS BEEN DECIDED THAT THERE IS NO GROUNDS FOR IMPOSING A PENALTY,
4- Regarding VAN SPOR FK president FERHAT KIYAK, although a referral was made to our Committee due to an act of assault during the VAN SPOR FK–ZONGULDAK KÖMÜRSPOR A.Ş. TFF 2nd League White Group match played on 01.10.2023; since it is understood that the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed, taking into account the current state of evidence, IT HAS BEEN DECIDED THAT THERE IS NO GROUNDS FOR IMPOSING A PENALTY,
5- KARS 36 SPOR Club athlete MÜRSEL CİVELEK shall be punished with a 3-OFFICIAL MATCH BAN due to his insult towards the match referee in the KARS 36 SPOR-DOĞUBAYAZIT FUTBOL SPOR KULÜBÜ Ziraat Turkish Cup match played on 04.10.2023,
In the same match, KARS 36 SPOR Club masseur BATUHAN AYDIN shall be punished with a 3-OFFICIAL MATCH BAN FROM ENTERING THE LOCKER ROOM AND THE BENCH due to his insult towards the match referee,
It has been decided."
