PFDK penalties announced! Here is the status of the club presidents...

The TFF announced the penalties imposed on teams and presidents referred to the PFDK in a statement on its official website.

Here are the PFDK penalties:

FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. President Ali KOÇ was punished with a 45-DAY BAN FROM COMPETITION and a 210,000 TL FINE due to his unsportsmanlike conduct and statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials made during a TV program on 03.11.2023 and at the Fenerbahçe High Council meeting on 05.11.2023.

BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. President AHMET NUR ÇEBİ was punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Articles 38/3, 38/2, 36/1-d, 36/1-b, and 10/2 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT), with the application of Article 13 of the FDT, due to unsportsmanlike conduct and statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials in posts made on the club's social media account on 05.11.2023.

TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. President ERTUĞRUL DOĞAN was punished with a 45-DAY BAN FROM COMPETITION and a 210,000 TL FINE due to his unsportsmanlike conduct in an interview with members of the press following the Fenerbahçe A.Ş. – Trabzonspor A.Ş. match played on 04.11.2023,

TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. President ERTUĞRUL DOĞAN was punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Articles 38/3 and 38/2 of the FDT, with the application of Article 13 of the FDT, due to his statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials,

YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. was ordered to block the electronic tickets of spectators located in the NORTH STAND BEHIND THE GOAL LOWER block 110, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, preventing their entry to the next home match, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, due to the ugly and bad chanting caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super League match between YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. and FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. played on 12.11.2023,

In the same match, YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. was punished with a 60,000 TL FINE for failing to keep stairwells clear, this being the first such occurrence in the same season,

In the same match, YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. was punished with a FORMAL WARNING in accordance with Article 46 of the FDT due to a violation of Article 9 of the Super League Match Statute,

In the same match, YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. coach SERKAN DAMLA was punished with a 1-OFFICIAL MATCH BAN FROM THE LOCKER ROOM AND BENCH and a 39,000 TL FINE due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward a member of the opposing team,

FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. was punished with a 224,000 TL FINE due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super League match between YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. and FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. played on 12.11.2023,

In the same match, FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. was punished with a 105,000 TL FINE for failing to keep stairwells clear, this being the 2nd such occurrence in the same season,

In the same match, FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. was punished with a FORMAL WARNING due to a violation of instructions as the team representative did not participate in the stadium inspection,

In the same match, FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. coach SERCAN TERZİOĞLU was punished with a FORMAL WARNING due to a violation of instructions for being in an area where he was not accredited during the match,

In the same match, FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. coach SERCAN TERZİOĞLU was punished with a 39,000 TL FINE due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward a member of the opposing team,

EMS YAPI SİVASSPOR Club was punished with a FORMAL WARNING due to ugly and bad chanting caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super League match between VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK and EMS YAPI SİVASSPOR played on 11.11.2023, this being the first such occurrence in a match where it was the guest club in the same season,

TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. was punished with a FORMAL WARNING due to a violation of instructions as the public address system was used to support the home team during the Trendyol Super League match between TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. and TÜMOSAN KONYASPOR played on 10.11.2023,

VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Club President SÜLEYMAN HURMA was punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Article 38/2 of the FDT, with the application of Article 13 of the FDT, due to his statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials,

BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. was punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Articles 38/3, 36/1-d, and 10/2 of the FDT, with the application of Article 13 of the FDT, due to unsportsmanlike conduct and statements regarding Referees and Other Match Officials in posts made on the club's social media account on 05.11.2023.
