PFDK rains down penalties on the Süper Lig

The Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) has announced the penalties issued to the institutions and individuals referred to the committee.

The prominent penalties issued to Süper Lig clubs are as follows;

Fenerbahçe: 400 thousand TL

Burak Kızılhan: 39 thousand TL

Beşiktaş: 432 thousand TL

Ankaragücü: 517 thousand TL

Trabzonspor: 112 thousand TL

Kayserispor: 112 thousand TL

Pendikspor and Mahmut Türkoğlu: 950 thousand TL

Sivasspor Press Spokesperson Gökhan Karagöl: 30-day ban from football-related activities and 143 thousand TL

Here is the statement made by the PFDK;

1- VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Club was issued a WARNING for non-compliance with instructions due to the failure to properly attach the goal nets to the posts, which caused the VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK-İSTANBULSPOR A.Ş. Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 01.12.2023 to start 3 minutes late,

2- YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. was issued a WARNING for non-compliance with the status due to the failure to provide field lighting during the YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş.-YILPORT SAMSUNSPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 02.12.2023,

3- TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. was fined 112,000 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to the use of the public address system to support the home team during the TRABZONSPOR A.Ş.-MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 03.12.2023,

4- MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Club was fined 112,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans during the TRABZONSPOR A.Ş.-MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 03.12.2023,

5- MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club was fined 112,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans during the MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ-BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 03.12.2023,

In the same match, MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club was fined 105,000 TL for failing to keep stairwells clear, and because this action was committed for the 2nd time in the same season,

In the same match, MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club was fined 300,000 TL for allowing unauthorized spectators into the stadium,

6- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. was fined 260,000 TL due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans, and because this action was committed for the 5th time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club,

In the same match, BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. was fined 112,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans,

In the same match, BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. was fined 60,000 TL for failing to keep stairwells clear, and because this action was committed for the first time in the same season,

7- KASIMPAŞA A.Ş. was fined 31,500 TL for unsportsmanlike conduct as a team during the KASIMPAŞA A.Ş.–GAZİANTEP FUTBOL KULÜBÜ A.Ş. Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 03.12.2023,

8- ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR A.Ş. fans' ugly and bad chants during the ÇAYKUR RİZESPOR A.Ş.–RAMS BAŞAKŞEHİR FUTBOL KULÜBÜ Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 02.12.2023 resulted in the blocking of electronic tickets for spectators in the MARATON TRIBUNE D block, preventing their entry to the next home match, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT),

9- ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR Club administrator MEHMET GÜZEL was issued a WARNING for non-compliance with instructions for entering the pitch, for which he was not accredited, after the ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR-BİTEXEN ANTALYASPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 01.12.2023,

In the same match, ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR Club administrator MEHMET GÜZEL was sentenced to a 75-DAY BAN from football-related activities and a 140,000 TL FINE for insulting the match referee,

10- BİTEXEN ANTALYASPOR Club administrator DENİZ ALİ YEŞİL was issued a WARNING for non-compliance with instructions for entering the pitch, for which he was not accredited, after the ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR-BİTEXEN ANTALYASPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 01.12.2023,

11- SİLTAŞ YAPI PENDİKSPOR FUTBOL A.Ş. was fined 350,000 TL due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans, and because this action was committed for the 3rd time in the same season in a match where it was the home club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators in the OPEN TRIBUNE B block were blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match,

In the same match, SİLTAŞ YAPI PENDİKSPOR FUTBOL A.Ş. was fined 300,000 TL for statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials, in accordance with Article 38/3 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT,

In the same match, SİLTAŞ YAPI PENDİKSPOR FUTBOL A.Ş. President MAHMUT TÜRKOĞLU was fined 300,000 TL for statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials, in accordance with Articles 38/3 and 38/2 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT,

12- FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. fans' ugly and bad chants during the FENERBAHÇE A.Ş.–EMS YAPI SİVASSPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 04.12.2023 resulted in the blocking of electronic tickets for spectators in the NORTH TRIBUNE D block, preventing their entry to the next home match, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT,

FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. was fined 400,000 TL for unsportsmanlike conduct in statements published on the club's official website on 03.12.2023,

FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. administrator BURAK ÇAĞLAN KIZILHAN was fined 39,000 TL for unsportsmanlike conduct in statements published on the club's official website on 03.12.2023,

13- EMS YAPI SİVASSPOR Club administrator GÖKHAN KARAGÖL was sentenced to a 30-DAY BAN from football-related activities and a 143,000 TL FINE for unsportsmanlike conduct and statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials made to media members after the FENERBAHÇE A.Ş.–EMS YAPI SİVASSPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 04.12.2023.
