Postponement request from Galatasaray
Galatasaray has made an official request to the TFF to postpone the Super Cup semi-final match, while Trabzonspor has also made the same request.

The Galatasaray management has made an official application to the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) to postpone the TFF Super Cup semi-final match scheduled for January 5. The yellow-red club requested that the match be moved to a later date, citing a congested fixture list and the condition of their players.
TRABZONSPOR ALSO REQUESTS POSTPONEMENT
Following Galatasaray's application, the Trabzonspor management also made a similar request. Trabzonspor submitted its request for the postponement of the Super Cup match to the TFF administration. Both clubs requested the postponement of the match due to player fatigue and a busy schedule.
It is expected that the TFF will respond positively to the applications from Galatasaray and Trabzonspor. It was stated that the federation will discuss these requests at the board meeting to be held on January 1 and will make a public announcement on the same day.
