News arriving today stated that the pair fought once again and that Valverde was taken to the hospital after the altercation.

The Spanish press claimed that Valverde fell to the ground after receiving a blow and was taken to the hospital in a wheelchair. Following these events, Real Madrid made an official statement in the evening hours.

While announcing that it has launched a disciplinary investigation into the two players, the Spanish giant's statement included the following expressions:

"Real Madrid announces that, following the events that took place during this morning's first-team training session, it has decided to open separate disciplinary investigations into our players Federico Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni.

The club will provide information regarding the results of both investigations in due course, once the relevant internal procedures have been completed."

Suffered head trauma, will rest for 14 days

In addition, the Spanish giant announced that Fede Valverde suffered head trauma and will rest for 10-14 days.
