Record revenue in the Champions League! 7 clubs have surpassed the 100 million euro mark

The new format of the UEFA Champions League has provided significant economic contributions to clubs. As the tournament reaches the quarter-final stage, according to a report prepared by Football Meets Data, 7 clubs have surpassed the 100 million euro revenue mark.

English side Liverpool, which finished the league phase as the leader this season, missed out on significant revenue after being eliminated by French representative Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16. Although Liverpool finished the league phase at the top under the new format, they could not cross the 100 million euro threshold.

At the top of the list is the German giant Bayern Munich. In a tournament where teams advancing to the quarter-final stage earn substantial revenue, the economic return of the new format is noteworthy.
