Ronaldo's Goal Streak Continues: Al-Nassr in the Quarterfinals

Cristiano Ronaldo has moved one step closer to his personal record while leading his team to the quarterfinals with a goal against Esteghlal in the Asian Champions League while wearing the Al-Nassr jersey.

Saudi Arabian powerhouse Al-Nassr advanced to the quarterfinals by defeating Iranian side Esteghlal 3-0 in the Asian Champions League Round of 16. In a match where Cristiano Ronaldo also scored, Al-Nassr displayed a dominant performance from start to finish.

Al-Nassr applied pressure on their opponent from the beginning of the match, taking the lead in the 9th minute with a stylish goal from Jhon Duran. After Sadio Mane was brought down in the penalty area in the 27th minute, Ronaldo converted the resulting penalty to double the lead. This goal marked Ronaldo's seventh in the tournament.
