Samsunspor secures advantage with away win

In the first leg of the UEFA Conference League knockout round play-offs, Samsunspor defeated North Macedonian side Shkendija 1-0 away, securing an advantage for the return leg.

The goal that brought victory to our representative was scored by Marius Mouandilmadji in the 77th minute.

Samsunspor's Cherif Ndiaye missed a penalty kick in the 7th minute.

The return leg of the match will be played on February 26.

Tanguy Coulibaly, Afonso Sousa, and Emre Kılınç, who are still dealing with injuries, were unable to play against Shkendija.

Yalçın Kayan and Elayis Tavsan, whose names were not included in the list submitted to UEFA, were also not in the squad.
