Süper Lig side Samsunspor has announced that it has appointed Thomas Reis as head coach ahead of the new season.

In a statement from the club, it was stated that a 1+1 year agreement has been reached with Thomas Reis.

The statement read, "Our club, which is continuing its preparations for the 2024-25 season, has signed a 1+1 year contract with German coach Thomas Reis for the position of head coach."
