The Turkish Football Federation announced in a statement on its official website that Mauro Icardi has been referred to the PFDK.
HERE IS THE STATEMENT MADE BY THE TFF!
"The referral reports made by the Legal Consultancy to the Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) on 23.02.2024 are stated below.
1- It has been decided to refer GALATASARAY A.Ş. club footballer MAURO EMANUEL ICARDI to the PFDK without precaution, in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction, due to his "insult" during the MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ-GALATASARAY A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 18.02.2024."
