Fenerbahçe is reorganizing its squad planning ahead of the new season in accordance with the 10+4 foreign player rule to be implemented by the Turkish Football Federation. It is stated that the yellow-navy management and the technical staff have prepared a comprehensive departure list to clear space in the foreign quota and balance the salary budget.

There are 8 foreign footballers at the club whose departure is on the agenda through transfer, loan, or contract termination. In this context, the situations of Fred, Jayden Oosterwolde, Dominik Livakovic, Sofyan Amrabat, Nelson Semedo, Rodrigo Becao, Diego Carlos, and Anthony Musaba have been put on the table.

It was reported that the decision to part ways with Fred and Jayden Oosterwolde has become clear following evaluations with the technical staff, and that the management is ready to evaluate official offers that may come for the two players.

It is planned not to continue with Dominik Livakovic in the new season, as it is stated that he could not provide the expected stability in goal. The future of the Croatian goalkeeper, who was loaned to two different teams last season, is also being evaluated under the departure heading.

Regarding Sofyan Amrabat, the option of another loan rather than a sale stands out. It was noted that because the expected transfer fees for the Moroccan midfielder have not materialized, the management does not want to let the player go for low figures and is evaluating a loan formula by covering a portion of his salary.

A choice is expected to be made between Nelson Semedo and Ederson in terms of the foreign quota. It was stated that Ederson is closer to remaining in the squad due to contract conditions, and the possibility of parting ways with Semedo has gained strength.

In Fenerbahçe, which also wants to reduce the number of foreign players in the defensive line, it is stated that Rodrigo Becao and Diego Carlos have been placed on the transfer list. Becao's injuries and Diego Carlos falling behind in the competition for the starting spot were cited as reasons for this decision.

A departure plan is also being made for Anthony Musaba, who is not considered in the attack and wing rotation. The management is expected to take steps during the transfer window based on incoming offers and loan options for the names on the list.
