A statement has been released regarding the health status of Ante Zizic from the Beşiktaş GAİN Men's Basketball Team.
According to the information provided on the black-and-white club's official website, it was announced that the Croatian center underwent surgery due to a left acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
The club's statement indicated that Ante Zizic was operated on at Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital.
It was stated that the player underwent an arthroscopic acromioclavicular joint dislocation repair performed by Prof. Dr. Barış Kocaoğlu.
REHABILITATION PROCESS HAS BEGUN
In its statement, Beşiktaş reported that Zizic has moved on to the next phase of his treatment process following the surgery.
The club's statement included the following: "Following the arthroscopic acromioclavicular joint dislocation repair performed on our player Ante Zizic by Prof. Dr. Barış Kocaoğlu, the rehabilitation process for our player has begun."
Ante Zizic was injured during the second game of the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League play-off semi-final series against Bahçeşehir Koleji.
