Statement from Bursaspor: We are an institution above politics
In a statement signed by the board of directors of Bursaspor Club, it was stated, "Bursaspor Club remains at an equal distance to all individuals, institutions, organizations, and political views today, just as it was yesterday, and continues to maintain this stance; the opposite is unthinkable! It should not be forgotten that Bursaspor is an institution above politics."

Bursaspor's board of directors has released a statement on the club's official website. The statement included the following remarks:
"Bursaspor Club remains at an equal distance to all individuals, institutions, organizations, and political views today, just as it was yesterday, and continues to maintain this stance; the opposite is unthinkable! In accordance with this principle of neutrality, we have expressed our gratitude on every platform to the individuals, institutions, organizations, and political parties that have provided financial and moral support to our club. We have maintained our sensitivity from the moment we took office. We have shared the financial aid provided to our club with the public transparently and on a daily basis. It should not be forgotten that Bursaspor is an institution above politics! We respectfully announce to the public that we will continue to protect both our neutrality and our principle of transparency."
