A statement has come from the Crystal Palace side regarding the health status of Ismaila Sarr, who is reported to be on Galatasaray's agenda for a winger transfer. The English team's manager, Pierre Sage, announced that the Senegalese footballer, who is still injured, will not be able to play in the Manchester City match to be held on Friday.

Stating that the 28-year-old player is working separately from the team, Sage said, "Ismaila Sarr's injury continues, and he has no chance of playing in Friday's Manchester City match. He is currently continuing his individual training separately from the team; we are trying to get him ready as soon as possible."

Evaluating Sarr's return process, Sage also said that he thinks the player could return to the pitch sooner, but the final decision rests with the medical team. The Crystal Palace manager conveyed that they expect the footballer to join the team as soon as possible.

According to claims in the British press, not only Galatasaray but also Liverpool is interested in Sarr. It was alleged that the Crystal Palace management rejected an official offer from Liverpool for the footballer, whom they see as an important part of the squad.

On the other hand, it was noted that the Galatasaray management continues its efforts to persuade the player and conclude the transfer process.
