Statement from Ertuğrul Doğan on the Fenerbahçe match

Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan made evaluations regarding the Fenerbahçe match to be played this weekend and Trabzonspor's transfer targets. 

Speaking to A Spor, Ertuğrul Doğan said regarding the Fenerbahçe match, "Fenerbahçe matches are always important in Trabzon. Trabzonspor's current goal is to finish the league in 3rd place and win the cup. I believe we will put up a very important fight on the pitch. My request from the Trabzonspor fans is to attack together and defend together. I want them to make the players feel the power of the fans."

WE HAVE NO PROBLEMS!

Evaluating the statements made by Fenerbahçe executive Selahattin Baki in recent days, Doğan said, "Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç has made the necessary statements regarding this issue. I say there is no need to say anything else. They called us and said the statements were not related to us. Neither side has such an agenda. We do not have any problems either."

OUR PROBLEM IS CLEAR 

"Our main problem is clear. The very different VAR decisions within the refereeing community are truly everyone's judgment. Trabzonspor does not accept infringing on anyone's rights in any way, nor will it let its own rights be infringed upon. It will pursue every kind of injustice."

"I think that systemic problems need to be solved alongside the referees. We have been talking about this for years. Referees come and go, but the mistakes do not end. I think there are serious problems regarding observers and the scoring given to referees. Even though it is given in writing where VAR should intervene and where it should not, it is applied differently in many positions. In the match where Onuachu's arm was broken by a kick, VAR did not intervene. I do not want to say anything else before the match, but these need to be standardized."

Stating that they have not announced a special bonus for the Fenerbahçe match, Doğan concluded his words as follows: "We have not announced a special bonus for the Fenerbahçe match. We have a bonus determined for derbies at the beginning of the season, and it has been applied until today. Sometimes there are different bonus requests in the locker room, and if we are called, we will talk."
