In a statement released by the yellow-red club, information was provided regarding the condition of Icardi, who suffered an injury in the first half of the Adana Demirspor match played in the 4th week of the Süper Lig.
The information provided by Galatasaray club stated, "Our player Mauro Icardi, who felt pain in his right upper hamstring during the first half of the Adana Demirspor match in the 4th week of the Süper Lig, has begun treatment after checks at our sponsor hospital, Medicana, revealed a 2nd-degree strain (stretching, bleeding, and partial tear) in his right upper hamstring group."
