Statement from İsmail Kartal ahead of the Olympiakos match! 'We had started well in Greece...'

İsmail Kartal made statements ahead of the UEFA Europa Conference League quarter-final second leg match to be played against Olympiakos.

Kartal stated the following:

"We held meetings and training sessions with our players. We returned to our country after losing 3-2 in the first leg. In the analyses we have made to reach the semi-finals in front of our magnificent fans tomorrow, we see that our opponent has quality players. Olympiakos is a good team. We are also a good team. We want to reach the semi-finals with the energy our fans will provide and with a strong performance so that we can take our step into the semi-finals. 

"DJIKU IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION"

Djiku is in very good condition. We will check today, he might play tomorrow. It is not yet certain whether Djiku will play. We will decide this evening. He is a very high-quality player. In one match, his metatarsal bone was broken, and he finished the match without even knowing it. He is a very confident player. He is a very valuable player. We will look at it this evening and make an assessment.

We believe that our fans will support us from the beginning to the end of the match tomorrow. We know that performance will increase with this support. The support of the fans is very important to demonstrate this. We had started well in Greece, but while trying to score, we conceded goals due to our own individual mistakes.
