Manisa Football Club has issued a written statement regarding referee decisions made against them in recent weeks, announcing that they will share controversial incidents with the public moving forward. The written statement from Manisa FK included the following remarks:
"Since the beginning of the season, we have followed certain referee decisions in our matches with great composure and have preferred to evaluate them within the natural flow of the process.
However, following an increase in decisions made in recent weeks that have resulted in outcomes against us, the need has arisen to share our views with the public. We would like to emphasize that our confidence in Turkish referees remains complete. We are aware that, by the nature of football, referee decisions may carry a margin of human error. Nevertheless, in order to strengthen the sense of justice in the game and contribute to the development of Turkish football, we believe it is important that positions open to debate be evaluated within a framework of transparency.
In our last match, the fact that a penalty was easily awarded for the opposing team despite there being no clear evidence, while a similar challenge on our player Ayberk Karapo in the second half was not even deemed worthy of review, has led to different interpretations within the sports community. As Manisa Football Club, which continues to contribute to Turkish football with its positive approach to the game and the young players it raises from its youth academy, we respectfully announce that we will share positions from our future matches that we consider open to evaluation with the public. With our belief in the unifying power of sports, we respectfully submit this to the appreciation of the public."
