Yaz Yıldırım revealed that she played a significant role in Jose Mourinho's candidacy campaign during Fenerbahçe's recent presidential elections. Stating that she told her father, Aziz Yıldırım, that he should bring Mourinho to lead the team, Yaz Yıldırım said, "My father went to Rome and made a deal; this was my idea. I told my father, 'If you run for president, get Mourinho.' He asked, 'My daughter, how will I get him?' and I said, 'Trust me, get him.' Then he made the deal," she expressed.

Responding to questions about the Fenerbahçe presidency, Yaz Yıldırım said, "I will be president of Fenerbahçe one day." Claiming that some teams in the Süper Lig are favored by referees, Yaz Yıldırım remarked, "I watch the Süper Lig and I see that referees treat some teams differently. We all know the name of that team, but I won't say it," she stated.

"KEREM SHOULD NOT COME"

Sharing her views on the potential transfer of Kerem Aktürkoğlu to Fenerbahçe, Yaz Yıldırım said, "Kerem should not come. He is not a good player and he wouldn't suit us. We need big transfers, like players from Brazil, France, or Argentina. Let's not sign Kerem Aktürkoğlu," she said.
