The statement made by the TFF regarding the matter is as follows:
"Abdulkadir Bitigen will officiate the 2023 Turkcell Super Cup match between the 2022-2023 Super Lig champion Galatasaray and the Ziraat Turkish Cup champion Fenerbahçe, which will be played on Friday, December 29, 2023, in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
In the match, which will start at 20:45 at Al-Awwal Park (King Saud University) Stadium, Abdulkadir Bitigen will be assisted by Erdem Bayık and Mustafa Savranlar. The 4th official of the match will be Volkan Bayarslan."
