City Football Group, one of the world's largest football investors, is coming to Turkey. According to a report in Fanatik, City Group, which has been in negotiations with Başakşehir under great secrecy for some time, has reached an agreement with the Orange-Navy Blues. It is even stated that Başakşehir has received the first payment regarding the share sale.
The major sale is expected to be officially announced in the near future. City Football Group owns teams such as Manchester City, Girona, and New York City. Previously in Turkey, the Danish company Sport Republic acquired 70 percent of Göztepe's rights.
