HE HAD RUN FOR PRESIDENT
Aziz Yıldırım competed against Ali Koç for the presidency in Fenerbahçe's elective ordinary general assembly held in June.
While incumbent president Ali Koç received 16,464 votes, Aziz Yıldırım remained at 10,483 votes.
Koç and Yıldırım, who have had a tense relationship for a long time, appeared together on stage and posed for photos following the congress.
In a statement, Aziz Yıldırım wished Ali Koç success and offered a message of support.
