Surprise signing from Jesse Lingard! He was a target for the Süper Lig

Jesse Lingard, who was once linked with Süper Lig giants, has transferred from Nottingham Forest to the South Korean club FC Seoul.

Having come up through the Manchester United youth academy and shining there, Jesse Lingard went on to play for Derby County, West Ham United, and Nottingham Forest after 2015. The footballer, who had competed in England throughout his career, made an unexpected decision to turn his route toward South Korea.

FC Seoul announced that they have added 31-year-old Jesse Lingard, who most recently wore the jersey of Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, to their squad.
