Tedesco evaluates the victory: 'We could have scored 6-7 goals'

Fenerbahçe head coach Domenico Tedesco evaluated his team's performance following the 2-1 victory against Fatih Karagümrük. Expressing his satisfaction with the play displayed in the first half, Tedesco said, "The team put on a great performance, but we were not effective in front of goal. We could have scored 6-7 goals; that is not an exaggeration. If that had happened, everyone would be happier."

Drawing attention to the necessity for head coaches to find solutions to the problems they face, Tedesco stated, "Every head coach must find a solution if there is a problem. If you are not trying things to find a solution, you are not good enough."

Touching upon the importance of establishing stability and confidence within the team, Tedesco said, "We have 6-7 stable players in the starting 11. Milan, Jayden, Asensio, and Kerem play frequently; Nene gets a lot of minutes. I hope Ederson will also be ready as soon as possible. We have 6-7 players who will form the foundation in this way.
