The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Legal Consultancy has referred 3 clubs from the Trendyol Süper Lig, along with one club president and one player, to the Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK).
According to the statement made by the TFF, the Legal Consultancy carried out the referrals to the PFDK due to violations during the matches played yesterday in the 22nd week of the Trendyol Süper Lig.
İstanbulspor, which was a guest of Galatasaray, was referred to the disciplinary committee due to unsportsmanlike conduct as a team, as 5 of its players received yellow cards and 1 player received a red card. The yellow-black player Mendy Mamadou, who was sent off in the match, was sent to the PFDK for his unsportsmanlike conduct.
The Legal Consultancy also referred both clubs that faced each other in the Çaykur Rizespor-Trabzonspor match to the disciplinary committee. The blue-greens were referred to the PFDK for ugly and bad chanting, field incidents, and actions contrary to instructions, while the claret-blues were referred for field incidents and ugly and bad chanting.
Çaykur Rizespor Club President İbrahim Turgut, executives Fatih Bakoğlu, Recep Ali Salcı, Semih Fatih Kızıltan, Hasan Yavuz Bakır, and Birkan Öksüz Salcı, as well as official Yavuz Selim Turgut, were sent to the disciplinary committee for actions contrary to instructions.
