TFF presents fair play awards to Fenerbahçe, Bursaspor, and Fatih Tekke

Awards for social responsibility and sportsmanship, granted by the Turkish Football Federation's Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee as part of its February evaluations, have been presented to Fenerbahçe, Bursaspor, and Trabzonspor Manager Fatih Tekke in ceremonies.

The awards granted by the Turkish Football Federation's Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee in its February evaluation have been presented to Fenerbahçe, Bursaspor, and Trabzonspor Manager Fatih Tekke.

Fenerbahçe's Social Responsibility Award was presented by TFF Istanbul Regional Representative Gür Onar. On behalf of the yellow-navy club, the award was received by Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. Board Member Ömer Topbaş and Sporting Director Devin Özek.

The award for the Nesine 2nd League representative Bursaspor, deemed worthy of the Fair Play and Social Responsibility Award by the TFF Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee, was presented by TFF Bursa Regional Representative Atilla Dönmez. On behalf of the green-white club, the award was received by Bursaspor President Enes Çelik before the Kuzeyboru 68 Aksaray Belediyespor match played in the 26th week of the league.

Trabzonspor Manager Fatih Tekke was presented with his Social Responsibility Award by TFF Trabzon Regional Representative Hamdi Aslan. The manager of the burgundy-blue team received the award last Thursday before training.

Fenerbahçe had created a significant impact in the field of social responsibility by deciding to allocate 1 percent of player salaries from transfers made within the scope of its "Hope for the Future" project to a special program that will contribute to the education, development, and future of disadvantaged children.

The committee had also decided to grant a Social Responsibility and Fair Play Award to Bursaspor, which demonstrated an exemplary act of solidarity by resolving its opponent's accommodation problem in Bursa before the Adanaspor match played in the 22nd week of the Nesine 2nd League.

Trabzonspor Manager Fatih Tekke was deemed worthy of the Social Responsibility Award for his approach, which highlighted the unifying power of sports by emphasizing that football is a game and focusing on the aspect of sports that brings people together and should be enjoyed, in statements he made before the Turkcell Super Cup Semi-Final played between Galatasaray and Trabzonspor on Monday, January 5.
