TFF President Hacıosmanoğlu to hold a press conference

Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu will hold a press conference in Riva on Tuesday, December 9, at 12:00 PM to clarify issues eagerly awaited in the football world. The meeting is expected to specifically address the operation carried out by the prosecutor's office targeting 47 people from the football community. It is also reported that Hacıosmanoğlu will make assessments regarding the performance of referees.

Speaking to HTSpor following the match between Galatasaray and Samsunspor in recent days, Hacıosmanoğlu had made harsh criticisms regarding the performance of referees. He had drawn attention to the events that took place on a day when national feelings were high, at a time when the chance to qualify for the World Cup was approaching.

Hacıosmanoğlu had stated, "We are so close to participating in the World Cup after 24 years. It was a day when our national feelings were high. We drew a good group, and on a day when such beautiful things are happening, these things occur while we are not there. They have found a village without dogs and are wandering around without a stick. There is no other explanation for this. As soon as I return, I will settle accounts with everyone. I will do what is necessary."
