The third monthly update of the Golden Boy Top 100 list, which ranks the most promising young players in European football, has been announced. The only player from Turkey to enter the list in this update is Beşiktaş player İlhan Fakılı.
The 20-year-old player, who joined the black-and-white team during the summer transfer window, was included in the Top 100 from the lower ranks of the list in the latest evaluation. Thus, Fakılı has become the only representative of the Süper Lig to appear on the list.
Among the players who played in the Süper Lig last season, Trabzonspor's Christ Oulai and Fenerbahçe's Sidiki Cherif had also previously found their place on the Golden Boy Top 100 list.
