Starting the match played at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall very effectively, the Sultans of the Net won the first set 25-14 to take a 1-0 lead.
The Crescent-Stars finished the second set ahead 25-16, moving to a 2-0 lead in the match.
Completing the third and final set with a 25-22 score, Turkey won the match 3-0 and became the side to write their name into the quarterfinals.
