The Sultans of the Net, who defeated the Dominican Republic 3-1 in the third leg of the league held in China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, secured their 8th victory in their 10th match of the tournament.
Increasing their points to 24, Turkey has booked their place in the finals before their remaining two matches in the Hong Kong leg.
In the VNL, where 16 teams compete, the teams that finish in the top 8 of the standings after three weeks will qualify for the finals.
The "Sultans of the Net" were the champions of the FIVB Volleyball Nations League last year.
