Third rejection in Aziz Yıldırım's lawsuit against Acun Ilıcalı

It has been reported that the court has issued a third rejection in the legal process conducted regarding the attempt by Fenerbahçe President Aziz Yıldırım to take action concerning the luxury box numbered 217 belonging to Acun Ilıcalı.

Acun Ilıcalı's lawyer, Hakan Öncel, shared information regarding both the ongoing legal process and the criminal complaint filed in his statement on the matter.

"In the petition submitted to the court on behalf of Aziz Yıldırım's company, claims were included that the payment for the luxury box was made by his own company in March 2026, when Acun Ilıcalı was actually watching the match in the box."

Öncel stated that a criminal complaint has also been filed due to the aforementioned allegations, noting that there is suspicion that Fenerbahçe's official letterhead was used in a manner contrary to the truth.

"A criminal complaint has been filed due to the suspicion that Fenerbahçe's official letterhead was used in a manner contrary to the truth with the intent to mislead the judiciary. The ongoing investigation is still continuing."

Emphasizing that the legal process will be followed in the remainder of his statement, Öncel used the expressions, "We respectfully inform the public that we will fully exercise all our legal rights before the judicial authorities in the face of this attempt that uses the corporate identity of Fenerbahçe Sports Club as a tool for baseless allegations."
