According to the report by Yağız Sabuncuoğlu; the Uruguayan midfielder's representative had taken the matter to CAS, stating that he was owed money by Galatasaray and could not collect it. CAS upheld the case and ruled that Galatasaray must pay 1.2 million euros in agent fees.
