Trabzonspor beats Başakşehir with Salah

In the 2nd week of the Trendyol Süper Lig, Trabzonspor defeated Istanbul Başakşehir 2-1 at home. In the match played at Papara Park, the burgundy-blues secured their first win of the season with goals from Mohamed Salah.

Trabzonspor started the match quickly. The home team's striker, Salah, put his team ahead with a goal in the 8th minute. Başakşehir equalized in the 19th minute with a goal from Eldor Shomurodov.

Stepping up once again right at the beginning of the second half, Salah put Trabzonspor back in the lead with a goal in the 48th minute. As the score did not change in the remaining time, the burgundy-blues, managed by Fatih Tekke, left the pitch with a 2-1 victory.
