ANNOUNCED ON SEPTEMBER 16
Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan stated in his announcement on September 16: "As of last week, the exercise of rights by our shareholders in the capital increase process, for which we received approval, began today. As Football Inc., we exercised our right from the first day by paying our capital increase participation fee of 2 billion 550 million liras.
With the resources we will obtain when the process is completed, as we have stated on various platforms before, we will have exited the credit agreement known to the public as the Banks Association as of this month.
Our company, which will now have a much stronger structure with zero bank loans and therefore zero financing expenses, will begin a major improvement process in its financial statements." he had said.
