Trabzonspor heads to congress: Only one candidate for presidency
Trabzonspor is heading to a general assembly at the end of the month. The club's president, Ertuğrul Doğan, is the sole candidate for the congress.

At the elective ordinary general assembly to be held at the end of the month at Trabzonspor, club president Ertuğrul Doğan will enter the election as the sole candidate, while 5 candidates will compete for the presidency of the Registry Board.
While applications closed yesterday evening ahead of the general assembly, only the list of current president Ertuğrul Doğan was submitted to the Board of Trustees for the club presidency. Necati Selvitop, who had announced his candidacy, will not be able to enter the election as he could not reach the required 5 percent signature threshold.
For the presidency of the Registry Board, one of the authorized bodies, 5 candidates will compete: Serdar İsaoğlu, İsmail İnan, Kahraman Altuntaş, Seykan Gülen, and Hasan Basri Halisçelik.
İsmet Keskin will be the sole candidate in the Supervisory Board presidency election, and Haluk Raci Gençosmanoğlu will be the sole candidate in the Disciplinary Board presidency election.
