Trabzonspor's debt revealed

Trabzonspor Club President Ertuğrul Doğan made important statements regarding the club's debt status. At the 59th Ordinary Divan General Assembly Meeting, Doğan said, "We have achieved a very clear success in economic terms to date. If there are no setbacks in the next 3-4 months, Trabzonspor will no longer have a debt problem."
Stating that Trabzonspor is continuing the new season with a good start, Doğan spoke highly of the young players in the team and head coach Fatih Tekke. Emphasizing their hope for the club's future, he said, "We have a very young squad and we have a very valuable, young, and good Trabzonspor supporter at the helm, Fatih Tekke."
DEBT AMOUNT IS 2.85 BILLION TL
Ertuğrul Doğan shared the following information regarding the club's current debt: "Currently, our debt is around 2 billion 850 million lira, including the sale of Uğurcan. This debt includes the total of future transfer fee payments and installments for players acquired."
COMPARISON WITH RIVALS' DEBTS
Doğan stated that Trabzonspor's debt level is quite low when compared to rival clubs. Highlighting the club's success in debt management, he said, "The debts of other clubs reach up to 30 billion lira. We have kept this debt around 2.85 billion lira by making very correct moves."
