Turkey concludes European Swimming Championships with 6 medals

Turkey won 6 medals at the European Swimming Championships, held as part of the European Aquatics Championships that concluded in Serbia.

Turkey had a successful tournament at the European Aquatics Championships, held at the Milan Gale Muskatirovic Sports Hall in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, winning 2 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze medals.

Turkey finished 6th in the team rankings at the European Swimming Championships, while Hungary took the top spot with 10 gold, 9 silver, and 8 bronze medals.

Hungary also finished first in the overall European Aquatics Championships with 12 gold, 9 silver, and 10 bronze medals. Turkey placed 14th in the European Aquatics Championships based on the medals won in swimming.

Kuzey Tunçelli brought gold medals to Turkey in the 1500-meter freestyle and Hüseyin Emre Sakçı in the 50-meter breaststroke, while Berkay Ömer Öğretir won a silver medal in the 100-meter breaststroke. Berke Saka in the 200-meter individual medley, Deniz Ertan in the 800-meter freestyle, and the Women's National Team in the 4x200-meter relay also won bronze medals.
