Fenerbahçe Sports Club President Ali Koç had brought up journalist Murat Ağırel's allegations regarding Tuzlaspor's exorbitant ticket prices at a Divan Board meeting without naming the team, and had requested an investigation into the matter.

A very harsh statement regarding the issue came from Tuzlaspor directed at Ali Koç.

TUZLASPOR'S OLGUN PEKER ALLEGATION

In the statement issued by Tuzlaspor under the title "Fırıldak Ali", allegations regarding Fenerbahçe's transfer of Lamine Diack were brought to the agenda. On the other hand, it was claimed that Ali Koç transferred money to Olgun Peker, the owner of FC Shkupi, a team in the Macedonian League.

Tuzlaspor's statement is as follows:

"WE ARE ASTONISHED THAT SUPPORT IS GIVEN TO SLANDER"

"Ali Koç, who serves as the President of Fenerbahçe, supported the legally baseless slanders made against our Club on 05.11.2023. We would like to emphasize that in our previous press statement, we stated that Murat Ağırel included these unfortunate statements on Halk TV due to his ignorance regarding Passolig. We are astonished that the President of Fenerbahçe has supported these baseless slanders. Although Ali Koç stated that this issue was not taken into account by the TFF, it is beyond any explanation within the scope of the fundamental principles of our law that a statement cannot be made against our Club without definitive documents and information. Moreover, it is possible to prove the opposite of the slanders made, and it is available in the Passolig records. For this reason, we invited the officials to perform their duties to conduct the necessary investigations.

LAMINE DIACK TRANSFER

We expect the same attitude from Fenerbahçe regarding the Lamine Diack transfer. As a matter of fact, the footballer in question was transferred to Fenerbahçe for a nominal transfer fee after Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç called our Club President and said, 'Mr. President, let us take the player, we will play this player, and afterwards I will pay you your share from the subsequent sale.' However, Fenerbahçe transferred the player to Ankaragücü within a few days via a consecutive transfer without even letting him participate in a single training session. The fact that these two consecutive transfers of the footballer constitute a 'bridge transfer' prohibited by FIFA and the TFF, which can result in a transfer ban, and that a disciplinary penalty should be imposed on Fenerbahçe by the TFF due to this consecutive transfer, is beyond any explanation, and this is the issue that should actually be examined!

"THE PERCEPTION HE HAS CREATED IS NOTHING BUT WHEELING AND DEALING"

Fenerbahçe, which has joined in the baseless slanders against our Club in order to change the agenda following the Trabzonspor defeat, should primarily concern itself with its own violations of instructions and disciplinary infractions. The perception that Ali Koç, who claims at every opportunity that the TFF is against him, has created in the public eye as if the TFF never acts in Fenerbahçe's interest is nothing but wheeling and dealing.

QUESTIONS FOR ALI KOÇ REGARDING OLGUN PEKER

The questions that should actually be investigated and answered are as follows: Did you reach an agreement with Ankaragücü behind closed doors regarding the transfer of Lamine Diack before you even transferred him, Fırıldak Ali?

Did you transfer the 450,000 Euro income you obtained from this transfer to Fenerbahçe's coffers or to Olgun Peker, with whom you do business and are a godfather, Fırıldak Ali?

With the share you obtained from the player's 2.4 million Euro transfer to Nantes, which club did you buy in Belgium together with Olgun Peker, Fırıldak Ali?

What is your connection with the Skupi club, which is owned by Olgun Peker, and what kind of business are you doing there with your godfather, Fırıldak Ali?

Is it not disrespectful to say the things you said to Mr. Ogün Altıparmak, who is older than you and has made countless contributions to Fenerbahçe, Fırıldak Ali?

"WE WILL SOON SHARE THE DOCUMENTS WE HAVE"

As is known, according to Article 11 of the TFF Professional Footballers' Status and Transfers Instruction, if two consecutive transfers of the same footballer take place within a 16-week period, it is accepted that the parties involved in these two transfers have participated in a Bridge Transfer transaction, and the provisions of the Football Disciplinary Instruction are applied to those concerned. Is it not wheeling and dealing for you to constantly create the perception that the TFF is acting against Fenerbahçe, even though no disciplinary investigation has been opened by the TFF against Fenerbahçe on this matter, Fırıldak Ali? We hereby announce that we will soon share the official documents we have regarding this matter with the public. Respectfully submitted to the public."

WHAT HAD ALI KOÇ SAID?

In his statement bringing journalist Murat Ağırel's allegations to the agenda, Ali Koç had used the following expressions: "A team is mentioned, it has 536 Passolig cards, it sells tickets for 4-5 thousand TL. It is said that 10 thousand tickets were sold but there are 3 people in the stadium. It is said that in another match, tickets worth 50 thousand TL were sold. In other words, money laundering is being implied. I think this is a very serious allegation."
