U19 National Football Team defeated by France
The U19 National Football Team was defeated 2-1 by France in their first match of Group B at the 2024 UEFA European Under-19 Championship.

In the match played at Seaview Stadium in Belfast, the National Team's goal was scored by Yiğit Fidan in the 5th minute, while France's goals were scored by Lucas Michal in the 65th minute and Jeremy Jacquet from a penalty in the 86th minute.
The match was attended by Youth National Teams Technical Coordinator Selman Coşkun, Youth National Team Coach Erdal Güneş, and Acting Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Edinburgh Demet Kayaoğlu from the stands.
The U19 National Team will face Spain in their second match of Group B at the 2024 UEFA European Under-19 Championship on Friday, July 19.
