The second-leg matches of the UEFA Europa League play-off round were completed following 11 fixtures, and the teams advancing to the group stage have been finalized. In the second-tier club competition of European football, along with the Norwegian representative Brann, Midtjylland, Malmö, Panathinaikos, Ludogorets, PAOK, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Young Boys, Genk, Utrecht, FCSB, and Braga have succeeded in reaching the group stage.
Samsunspor hosted Panathinaikos, to whom they lost 2-1 in the first leg, and drew 0-0 in the return leg, bidding farewell to the Europa League. However, with this result, Samsunspor earned the right to compete in the group stage of the UEFA Conference League.
The match results were as follows:
- Midtjylland defeated KuPS Kuopio 2-0 away, advancing with a 4-0 aggregate score.
- Malmö won 2-0 against Sigma Olomouc, securing a 3-0 aggregate lead.
- Ludogorets defeated Shkendija 4-1 in extra time, reaching the group stage with a 5-3 aggregate score.
- PAOK defeated Rijeka with a decisive 5-0 score, advancing with a 5-1 aggregate lead.
- Maccabi Tel Aviv advanced to the group stage despite a 1-0 loss to Dinamo Kiev, thanks to the advantage of their 3-1 victory in the first leg.
- Young Boys defeated Slovan Bratislava 3-2, advancing with a 4-2 aggregate score.
- Genk reached the group stage despite a 2-1 loss to Lech Poznan, thanks to the advantage of their 5-1 victory in the first leg.
- Utrecht drew 0-0 with Zrinjski, advancing with the advantage of their 2-0 victory in the first leg.
- FCSB defeated Aberdeen 3-0, reaching the group stage with a 5-2 aggregate score.
- Braga defeated Lincoln Red Imps 5-1, advancing with a 9-1 aggregate score.
