UEFA shared an "Incredible support" post regarding the attendance record broken during the match where Trabzonspor defeated Italian side Inter 1-0 in the Youth League quarterfinals.

The post made by UEFA stated, "Fans breaking the UEFA Youth League record with 40,368 at the Şenol Güneş Sports Complex. Incredible support."
UEFA also shared, "It is great to see so many fans supporting an organization that is an important step on the road to elite club tournaments! Trabzonspor has reached the UEFA Youth League semifinals for the first time."
The previous record belonged to the Krasnodar-Real Madrid play-off match in the 2017-2018 season with 32,510 fans.
In the UEFA Youth League quarterfinals, Trabzonspor defeated their guests, Italian side Inter, 1-0 to advance to the semifinals.
Trabzonspor will face Austrian team Salzburg in the semifinals on April 25 in Nyon, Switzerland.
