Sports commentator Uğur Meleke made statements following Galatasaray's 6-goal victory over Sivasspor in the Süper Lig.

Meleke shared his assessments regarding Galatasaray's star footballer Mauro Icardi.

''Yesterday, Messi was involved in 6 goals while wearing the Inter Miami jersey, and today, Icardi was involved in 6 goals. If he completes his 3-year contract and stays here for 3 more years, Galatasaray could break other records. He himself could enter the history of the Süper Lig and reach the status of Alex and Hagi.

Icardi uses his energy very effectively and economically. He has never had a problem with his willingness throughout his career. Icardi gave his maximum in the Italian League every season. As for the national team, he coincided with a bad period. Due to certain factionalism, he could not deliver what was expected in the national team. But his club performances are always 100 percent.
