Trabzonspor has begun preparations for the match against Fenerbahçe, which will be played at home on Sunday, March 17, in the 30th week of the Süper Lig.
In the training session held at the Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Facilities under the management of head coach Abdullah Avcı, the players who featured in yesterday's match against Fatih Karagümrük performed a recovery session.
The other players performed passing drills in the first part of the training. The session, which continued with 5-on-2 and endurance drills, concluded with a practice match.
Uğurcan Çakır, who could not play in the Fatih Karagümrük match due to his injury, also took part in the training.
Following the Karagümrük match, Abdullah Avcı had stated regarding Uğurcan Çakır's health status: "Our captain Uğurcan Çakır had been playing with pain for 2-3 weeks. The pain threshold has started to push him. We have taken him under protection. Our medical team will make a more detailed statement on this matter within 2-3 days."
