Update on Mauro Icardi at Galatasaray!

Galatasaray's star player Mauro Icardi, who was injured during the Super Lig derby against Fenerbahçe, missed the matches against Konyaspor, Sivasspor, and Kayserispor.

Icardi, who arrived in Istanbul on Wednesday evening, took part in Galatasaray's training session today.

The coaching staff, who were pleased with Icardi's first performance following his injury as they work to get him ready for the Trabzonspor match, will make their final decision tomorrow.

Okan Buruk stated that the final decision regarding Icardi will be made on Saturday.

OKAN BURUK: "WE WILL DECIDE AT THE FINAL TRAINING SESSION"

Buruk made the following remarks:

"Icardi took part in his first training session. We will see how he does on Friday and Saturday. We will make a clear decision regarding him. We have many options there as well. Icardi will be one of them. We will decide on our forward player at the final training session on Saturday."

Galatasaray will face Trabzonspor at Papara Park on Sunday at 19.00.
