The schedule for the preparation tournament in Italy, which the Turkish Airlines Women's Volleyball Team planned to attend as part of their new season preparations, has changed. The Sultanlar Ligi representative will not be able to take part in the event due to issues with the visa processing of some of its players.

According to information shared by Gibby, known for their posts regarding the volleyball agenda, the visa applications of some players at THY have not been finalized. For this reason, it was stated that the team has withdrawn from the tournament. No statement was made regarding the identities of the players experiencing visa issues or why the applications were not completed.

THY was expected to face Chieri, Bergamo, and Firenze in the tournament in Italy. Following the change in the program, it was announced that Millenium Brescia would be included in the organization in place of the Turkish representative.

It was also reported that Derya Cebecioğlu and Indy Baijens, who returned from national team duties, as well as new transfer Bojana Milenkovic, have undergone routine health checks at the team's health sponsor, Medicana Ataşehir Hospital, as the THY Women's Volleyball Team continues its new season preparations.
