Atakaş Hatayspor manager Volkan Demirel stated that they were disappointed with the single point after drawing 1-1 against Siltaş Yapı Pendikspor, whom they hosted in Mersin during the 20th week of the Trendyol Super League.
Speaking at the press conference held after the match at Mersin Stadium, Demirel said that they had added another match to their streak of draws.
Explaining that they scored a goal but could not protect the lead, Demirel emphasized that this was due to the players dropping back to defend the score.
Expressing that the players wanted to win this match, Demirel said, "Their goal is also 3 points. As a result, we got one point.
